Project management services, which are accepted as important and necessary both in the world and in Turkey, in the construction sector and especially in construction projects, include the management work required for the most accurate, fast and economical production of buildings whose implementation projects have not been completed, and this scope includes training and education. It should be performed by people who use the knowledge and skills gained through experience for the method of carrying out all or part of a construction work.

Construction is carried out with the participation of more than one participant in the project and each participant can fulfill one or more functions in the project. The main participants of the construction project are mainly the owners-investors, project groups, construction managers (project management persons) and construction contractors. In order for the construction projects with a minimum of four participants to be carried out in a healthy way, the Project management can start the work from the design stage or it can only be activated when the production starts on the field. In both cases, it may be possible for the owner to give the project to one or more contractors and have them built by making separate contracts with each of them, in which case it is an inevitable result that the owner appoints an independent professional project management to ensure coordination between the contractors.
